Important information

  • Additional Info:

On March 3, 2022, BBB received an application for
accreditation from Mr. Danny Miller with Veterans Mobile.  Upon review of their advertising, BBB needed
clarification as to what products/services the businesses offered. Several
attempts were made to contact the business at the number listed on application
which was answered by a fax machine. Finally reaching business owner who stated
they were a “for profit” organization that donates to veteran agencies, however, did not clarify the products/services the business actually provided.  In addition, BBB
requested business verify start date and/or provide a copy of Secretary of State.
Business provided Secretary of State registration with a date of registration
being after BBB requested verification of registration and still has not been
provided verifiable information on original business start date.

    To be
accredited by BBB, a business or organization affirms that it meets and will
    abide by the following standards:
    1. Build Trust
Establish and maintain a positive track record
    in the marketplace.
    A. Be actively selling products or services for
at least six months prior to application or have previously operated a similar
business with an eligible business performance track record.

Based on the information detailed above, the
business does not clarify what products and services they offer for BBB to have
clear understanding of the business (model or practice).

Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic.
