    This company installed a Tankless Hot Water Heater in my house and it takes a long time to get hot water on one side of the house which is where the kitchen and three bedrooms are located. Our plan was for two small heaters, but the Plumber suggested one large one and one heater was installed. It took all day for him to install it, however we were told it would take three to four hours. We have called numerous times and when we finally get to talk to the Office Manager, we are told someone will come out, appointments have been set, however no one has come, just last week some one whose name I won't mention called and said he would be here in about an hour, the same person who was a no show the day before, he never came or called. This is a company I will never do business with again.

    I hired ***************************, an electrician who works for Mudbugs Plumbing LLC in *******. My smoke alarm goes off everytime I cook on my gas stove, and my outdoor sensor light stays on all night long. I paid him in full; ****, and have asked him to return to see what is wrong. He ignores my emails and calls. I've talked to his Company, but don't have any success there either...they all play Ghosts. They aren't too smart because I think that a Company should try to hold on to their Clients
