  If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is my second run in with this company. My first was a few years ago when they towed my girlfriend’s car from an accident. We were not given a choice as the Jefferson parish sheriff’s office, contacted them to tow. When we retrieved the vehicle the next day, her money and checkbook were both stolen. This time my car was towed from an event at night while they were closed. I was there as soon as they opened to retrieve my vehicle less than 10 hours later. I was charged for 2 days in the lot. The state rate for non-consensual towing is $142. I was charged $213. $25 for fsc (whatever that is). $33.50 administration fee. And $63 for the “2” days in the lot. There was no talking to the man at the front desk. One of the most rude individuals you will ever come across in your life. All the research I’ve done on the state website points to be being well overcharged. Extremely shady business. Very odd with the amount of complaints that Jefferson Parish officials still do business with them.

  If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They towed my rental vehicle illegally, then when I went to get my belongings they acted like they were going to let me retrieve them, then locked me out so I couldn't. My wallet and clothes were in the vehicle and I was unable to check into my hotel. When I called to let them know that my wallet was in ********* had no id or money, they said too bad, I still had to wait til Monday. Luckily I was able to get a ride home, but had I been from out of state, I would have been prey for anybody to rob or kill me. They are breaking their own laws by withholding people's personal property. They need to be shut down!

  My vehicle was towed by Moon’s Towing after I was in an auto accident and from the first time I contacted them they were very rude and ugly. I was trying to retrieve items out the vehicle that I owned and every time I contacted them every person gave me the run around as if they really didn’t give a dam if you got your things or not. I never saw a place of business that hangs up on a customer that’s just trying to make sure they have what’s required to come to their business and not get turned around when you arrive there. The older guy with the drag in his voice hung up on me several times. These people put you on hold and hang up on you every time. Do yourself a favor and DON’T use these people. All you can do is pray that you NEVER have to use these RACIST people. I even heard the guy say “he is ******* stupid” when he thought that he had hung the phone up. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and these people need to be SHUT DOWM!!!!

  My car was recently towed by Moon’s Towing, I had no problems with the driver of the tow truck it was with the big belly rude guy (*****) at the front desk. He has the WORST attitude EVER!!!! Very rude, nonchalant, and handles customers like we owe him something. WAYNE had the AUDACITY to wave his hands in the air while I was asking him questions about my vehicle. Very DISRESPECTFUL!!! He’s Very lazy rolled the chair all across the office while assisting me. He need to be removed from the front desk ASAP and put somewhere in the back office.
