    Wonderful service.. I have been using One Man and a Tool for years. For big projects they have a dedicated specialist who helps me through the process and for simple around the house jobs they have **************, and other wonderful technicians. They stand behind their work and it shows!!

    In March 2022, I reached out to One Man and a Toolbox, LLC to get an estimate on removing a load bearing wall, reframing a window, and creating 3 pocket doors that were also on load bearing walls. They then scheduled me a month out. The Project Manager that originally quoted the job was supposed to be there on the first day to relay the project to the workers, did not show up. I then had to inform the workers what needed to be done since they were not told anything about the job. Demolition was fine. Workers cleaned up after. My compliant was that I thought the Project Manager would have step foot on the job and communicated with me and the workers on what needed to be done. When the workers left on a Friday, the directive to me was to sheetrock and close the walls and ceiling. At that point, there is no going back for "last minute" touches to fix anything if there is sheetrock covering the problem. I had a Civil Engineer write a structural report on it before closing the walls and ceiling. The load bearing wall was not up to code. The pocket doors were not framed properly. I tried to negotiate a lower bill with One Man and Toolbox as I got someone else to fix their negligence. They wanted to come out and fix it, but at that point I had no confidence in the company. I will not be using this company again for anything ever again.
