    Please be cautious of Mallets Tree Service. So…Our insurance informed us that we needed to trim the trees around our house, or they would cancel our policy. (we were trying to get cheaper insurance because of the rate hikes) so I called Mallets Tree Service, and they said they would cut the trees, haul them off, and grind the stumps. They left lots of logs and debris they left one tree half cut. They were done at nighttime, so we couldn’t look at all of what was and was not done. So, in good faith, I paid them in full (mistake) almost three weeks ago, and they said they would return to complete the job. However, they have not shown up. When I contacted them via text and phone for an update, they seemed annoyed and said, “They’d get there when they got there.” They told me they would come on Sunday but didn't show up. I'm left with a messy situation with a hurricane on the way—brush and logs lying in my yard. I’m sure there’s gonna be trees down and damage, but I wouldn’t use these folks because you just can’t count on them.
