  Jeremiah and Casie are NOT who you think they are! First, they sold me an empty shell 16x30 for a whopping $37,000, then wanted to bill me $3000 for their Mexican workers to move the wood base 20' higher out of a flood zone (it hadn't even been squared off yet) THEN the workers got their truck and trailer completely stuck in my yard. They used MY tractor to pull it out, which left huge ruts throughout my yard. My tractor was almost buried as well!
  A month later, my meter reader calls to tell me I must have a leak, my water consumption was up by 200,000 gallons in 4 weeks!!
  So I looked at the tire ruts that showed the workers had driven DIRECTLY OVER a water spigot that I had surrounded with cinder blocks, easily seen! But the tractor tires were clearly marked and my outrageous Water bill was over $2000!! I showed videos of the evidence, and made several calls, Casie hid from me when I showed up at the office. Another salesman told me Jeremiah was refusing to pay for any of it!!
  I'd had to get a dump truck of rock for $650 to fill the holes where they'd gotten stuck, and had to pay a plumber $200 to fix the leak!!
  These so-called "CHRISTIANS" are scam artists!!
  SHAME on them!! I really thought they would have behaved better than that, and to call themselves Christians. For SHAME!

  Christ Built Construction

  As much as we try to make every customer happy and satisfied, we are unfortunately unable to do so all of the time. You can check out our hundreds of other 5 Star customer reviews on other platforms. Of course there are 2 sides to every story.
  1. The size building was a 20x30 with a porch built and pricing was never an issue for the customer as they placed the order. We actually gave the customer a great deal on what she wanted and was ecstatic when ordering. It was a very extensive build.
  2. Customer was instructed to mark the location where she wanted it built. She did not do so. Our builders spent nearly 1 hour and 30 min having to get set up and unload and move materials and equipment to build because the customer changed where she wanted the building built twice while they were on site costing alot of time and money.
  3. Customer also led and showed our builders where to drive to get to the job site where she wanted it built. They followed the path the customer showed them, and they got stuck. Following the path they were shown by the customer. Which took 2 hours. She showed them where to drive.
  4. She made several raciest remarks about our latino builders both in the process of the build and on the phone with the owner. She also had another gentleman cussing and hollering on site. Might i add they are the best building crew that works for us as a company and have been with us for 4 years and have built thousands of structures with thousands of happy customers through us.
  5. She was instructed if the building took another day due to her moving the placement twice, she would be charged extra. Rightfully so as it was only supposed to take 2 days and with her moving the building twice AND showing them where to drive and them getting stuck, it looks like it was going to take 3 days. My guys worked really hard and even though us as a company had extra expenses because of her mishaps and mind change. We did not charge her extra in the end.
  6. 100% of this could have been avoided if she was prepared and followed the instructions and guidance of our scheduler like all of our other customers do. But she did not.
  Once again we try to make all of our customers happy. But you cant in every case. Were sorry you feel the way you do, but there are always 2 sides to every story. We have and will continue to provide the best experience for our customers throughout the ArkLaTex as possible.
