"I purchased a washer,dryer,deep freezer and icebox and I’ve been having problems with the washer first o was told not to use Hot water due to something built inside so the some part that had to be replaced previously is the same recurring problem so I called and scheduled for someone to come out and when they contacted me the owner son was very rude and disrespectful to me I’m 66 years and my 44 year old son witnessed this man racist behavior towards me his dad who is the owner set an appointment to send someone to come out and the son told his dad that he wasn’t coming out to my home to fix my washer my son went to talk to him to resolve the problem and once again the owner son talked to my son in a disrespectful manner I had to tell my son to leave and not worry about it but to say you’re not sending nobody to come fix my appliances is not right and his customer service skills are awful"
