"Purchased 8/20/23, had multiple contact with Blaze support, due to flame being too strong and when adjusting flame going out. Had converter to change to Propane, replaced propane, replaced propane regulator, reset regulator, adjusted low flame adjustment under a small hole beneath the knob, switched out burner, cleaned the grill, replaced the lighter and email / phone support > 10 ocassions."
