    On 3/10/23 I order online from this company. My order total $50.69 Order number 5239 It was for : 1 mini pralines patties And 2 bags pecan clusters. On 3/14/23 order arrived When I opened package I noticed the packaging was not as pictured online are in stores . It was the old packaging the candy was so old the color had turned off brown color. The cluster was so old the sugar crumble and the pecans was rancid. I filled the online return form out that moment I saw this candy. It’s still pending 5 days later. I called the listed phone number- no one has ever answered. I don’t think they realize I live in baker??? I know what their fresh candy looks and taste like. I spent this much on candy because I couldn’t drive to store to get it myself. So I order it online. I didn’t think they’d send me stale old rancid pecan candy for a $50 order!!!!! I want then to send me what I ordered from a freshly made batch!!!! Not something that’s been sitting in a room for years!!!! Candy gets stale after a few weeks. They can have this stale rancid candy back!!!! If they don’t have fresh pecans squares. They can send me $50 of regular pecans pralines as a replacement.
