  Drove my car to them to fix a leaking tire joint, they fix it, 2 days later, stuck stranded ,battery dead, got new battery, 4 days later stranded the same tire joint came a loose ,forgot to put part on, had to tow car up there, kept it overnight, got it back 3pm next day and 2 days later my engine light was on, so took to the AutoZone it said the oil sensor was bad. And my alternator belt was making noise ,had to replace it, car shocks are moving making noises They had destroy a good car, I never had to do anything to my car since I bought in 2013, I rarely drove it once or twice a week, I ride with my husband, the car was in excellent condition, did oil changes, every ,6 month, tires ,and 2 brakes job since I had it. And so they have tamper with everything on my car, even my keyless entry remote ,don't work anymore. And they should pay for another one. I trusted these people ,who brought their business up here, they fix my husband car., He had bring in twice for same job, they will lie and say they fix it, they are bad business and to do this to a woman, Everything they mess with they fix at their shop, maybe they thought i would bring It back to them, That car has sentimental value in that I use that car to take my sick dad to doctors. So the only memories I have of him is the car, him riding with me. So hate them for the way they did me. Then they llied about it all.

  I've answered this multiple times already. This car came in for a bad CV joint. we swapped the cv joint out and stated to her that it has lifetime warranty. she's stating false information because if we didn't install the cv joint the car would've never left our shop due to that's the main drive line. however new cv joints don't come with new snap rings. we used her old snap ring. it did fail and she came back to our shop, and we replaced the snap ring with a new one and didn't charge any additional fees. any mechanic shop will tell you that a cv joint will not cause battery issues or oil pressure issues. I WILL NOT pay any refund. She sated she wanted to sue us so please let's go to court. I'm tired of our name getting slandered on false information from this lady. I've fixed her husband's vehicles time after time never had complaints. always took care of his needs and always gave the parts at cost. oh, and I can prove that I gave her part at cost too. I didn't make a dollar off this lady, but that's what we get for helping... lets go to court.

  Louisiana Law states as long as the shop took care of the problem when returned with a complaint that's all we required to do. odiously she still isn't stranded on the road. some people want things for nothing. like she stated on google, "GOD DON,T lIKE UGLIEST .AT 2THESS 1:6 WHEN YOU CAUSE TRIBULATION TO OTHERS, YOU WILL GET IT BACK. 10FOLD. PLEASE BEWARE!"

  This Lady wants to ruin our name because she wants something for nothing. go read her google review and yelp review its all-different statements. one she stated she never gets her car worked on, the other says she brings it to just us the statement with y'all says she does all top-notch maintenance. she's a liar and uses God to hide behind her troubles and lies. I fixed her car. its fixed and good to go but I will be sending a lawyer letter to her and will be going to court. this should not be posted on my page. its false and hatred.
