Had a blowout on our way to a trip Thanksgiving weekend on interstate 12. When it happened the driver went on the shoulder for approximately 20 feet and got back on the highway. We didn’t want to stop in the dark on the highway so we drove to the Pearl River exit to the gas station there off the highway and under a light. We called Roadside Assistance and they came and changed the tire and said the other tires look good and continue our trip but we didn’t feel good about that so we went on home, and the next day we went and got a hotel room for our visit. The following week we brought it to Bents for the repair job caused by the blow out and our yearly inspection. It sat there for 4 weeks and nothing done. We finally started calls to them, faxed over service contract and several emails. They informed that the roof material pulling out from the front cap. They were to attach the roof material to the front cap and seal. They tire, rim, and the trim after 5 weeks still haven’t been replaced. We went there and talked to a Service Advisor and was reassured us it’s going to be fine. I said if we choose to sell or trade it in will this effect. He said not at all, it is going to look fine and won’t be able to tell that it was done. We trusted him. After we picked it up and got it home and took it to our daughter home our son -in-law got on the roof and informed us it was a real mess up there. He took several pictures of the roof. We were crushed and was in tears that our camper looked like that and that Bents returned it to us like that. He advised us to get a tarp and put on it. We bought one but we couldn’t get it up there. The next rain our camper in the was soaked. The bed sheets, spread, window seal all soaking wet. We were told that the work done by them has a 90 day warranty. We informed that it needs to come back and we want to have a meeting with the Service Manager and the head over Bents. That meeting was scheduled but we need to reschedule not done.

I purchased our camper from Bent's RV the end of July and took delivery of it on 8/8. There were minor issues with the camper, we were told they would take care of them prior to picking the camper up, and only some of the issues were resolved. It appeared the camper was slightly damaged during transport, one of the side marker lights was torn off and there were some scrapes down the side of the camper. We picked up the camper on 8/8, the side light was repaired but had a white gasket around it instead of black like all the others. The quick attachment for the hose was not repaired. None of the issues with the scratches were addressed, but honestly, it was minor stuff so we took the camper and decided to deal with things later. 10/23 we just returned from only our second outing with our camper. When I arrived home I found the siding had separated from the top trim of the camper on the top front left corner. I brought the camper in on 10/24 for repair. I was notified on 10/31 that my camper was ready. There was more damage done to my camper than when I brought it in. I then went to hook the camper up and found the plug was run over and I was not even able to hook it up to my truck. The camper was left there and I was assured it would be fixed properly. On 11/10 I went to pick the camper up, it was still not repaired properly. I took the camper back in December assuring it would be fixed correctly this time, and it was not. I tried contacting another manager or owner and was told only to deal with ***** *****. After the 3rd botched repair, I obtained a quote from another company to repair for over $10k. I have tried to work with the owner to come to a resolution and can not. I also discovered the camper had been damaged prior to my purchase, not fixed properly, and sold to me as new. The issue has become so bad the manufacturer has decided to come pick up the camper, tow it back to their headquarters in Indiana and see what damage Bent's RV has caused to the camper.

We, my husband and I, purchased a 2012 Coyote 232SS travel trailer by KZ on September 7, 2022. We brought it home and parked it in the yard. There was no room to open the slider and we didn't open it until Thursday, September 29, 2022 to load camping gear. After loading our gear into the trailer, the trailer slide out failed to retract correctly. A friend came by to help us. Apparently, the board under the slide out is rotted and the slide out had to be pulled in from the top, as well as retracting the bottom at the same time. My husband is disabled and is unable to climb the stairs to check the roof. He is also unable to lay down on the floor without help to get back up (he is quite hefty in size). The roof needs to be completely resealed while the slide out needs to be removed, repaired and re-installed. I am retired while my husband is disabled. We called Bent RV in Boutte and were told to bring it in. After doing so, their salesman advised that we purchased from Bent RV in Albany and that we will need to contact them. We contacted them and were told by their manager that we "purchased as is where is like you do a car. We checked for water leaks and gas leaks." after which, he promptly hung up. We were told to bring in the travel trailer by appointment only and scheduled an appointment for October 11, 2022. This was done prior to speaking to the manager. Bent RV was aware of this problem before selling. Hence, the slide out was opened, but not retracted while we were there. The repairs needed should have been disclosed, particularly since we are elderly and disabled and living on a fixed income. The repairs will, undoubtedly, be costly. I took pictures as we were leaving. The slide out was left out until after we left. They were fully aware of the problems. Unfortunately, we did buy As Is, No Dealer Warranty. I just feel it is pretty bad for them to be screwing people over in that manner.
