  Excellent company,service, stayed.on task, great price. I'm very satisfied. They came when scheduled and finished in less than 6 hours. They rebuilt 3 support columns.

  I put in many hours of research on my drainage problem. I had water leaking into my garage. On two separate occasions, I vacuumed and dumped 70 gallons of water from my garage, staying up all night so it wouldn't damage my home further. I had 4 companies give a quote and I selected CSI for the work. I had an existing sump pump installed by CSI prior to buying the house and I liked their work. Danny and Josh were very professional and patient when my wife and I interrupted them to ask questions. They installed a sump pump in my garage that was identical to the previous one. I would highly recommend them for drainage issues such as mine.

  Work was “completed on 10/27/21. On 12/6/21 basement was leaking. I contacted the company who sent someone out who said my problem was “outside “ and would cost $200 to repair, even though water was flowing in around basement door. Called a “higher up” on 12/7/21 after consulting a reputable plumber who was amazed no grate drain was installed. I send videos of the leaking multiple times. Finally got a return call on 1/13/22. Then there was an attempt to charge me for the grate drain which I refused to pay. The drain was too small. So it was after mid-March and a few more calls to get a longer drain installed. I sent another video of leaking and asked for a return call on 5/16/22 and as of 7/2/22-no contact from company. I’m over it! Do not hire CSI if you want basement waterproofing without a major headache.

  These guys are total professionals. We were very concerned about severe bowing and cracked foundation concealed behind an interior facade wall. They braced the house up for safety, took out the old wall, braced the foundation, installed drain pipe and sump pump, installed waterproofing material in less than a week. It was a big job, and they faced delays beyond their control due to supply chain issues (COVID/Russia) and we're thankful that they stayed with it, and saw it through with persistence and grit. When they found the foundation had worsened since the estimate, they did not waste time in recommending additions to the original estimate in order to ensure the work would last and the house would be safe. In addition, it was a very messy job and they managed to leave everything better than they'd found it, by the end. Their competitive pricing, responsive timeline, warrantee, detailed estimate, and attention to detail stood out above all the others we interviewed. We would definitely hire these guys again.
