  I hired her to clean my entire house. I have a three bedroom house that I needed help cleaning. She came on time and even brought help with her. I was surprised by how amazing it looked when she was done. It looked so amazing. I would recommend her to my friends and family to help with their cleaning. I will always support her small business. She made a customer for years to come.

  Was hired to do a move out clean, and was warned it would be a more complicated clean, but this is also what she explicitly advertises as her specialty so i expected the quote to reflect that. I was quoted $450. whe she arrived she claimed it was worse than she expected and raised the price to $600. I asked her to clean what she could for the original price understanding that she may not be able to deep clean as much as hoped. she followed with messages listing what she accomplished and was paid. following up on her work it was found that NOTHING was cleaned, let alone what she explicitly stated she cleaned. extremely disappointed and cheated. she literally took $450 without doing a single thing.

  You did not fully explain all the details of this house. If you did upfront from day one about the condition I told you there was no way I would have expected it. Was there for 4 almost 5 hours just picking up garbage off the floor. Secondly get to upstairs bathroom Human yes human **** on floors in tubs everything.. this is a health issue we were not prepared to clean this issue nor had hazmat suites. This is a health violation, my cleaning company at Risk for severe health issues the smell was horrible enough. Child peeing on floor yes you told me about, but human **** thats another thing. You from day one did not explain you just said move out clean, which I thought was typically everyday but this was by far worse then I ever I mean ever imagine or experienced since I been cleaning.

  Accepted not expected. So I feel for the danger and risk you put on my company my helpers for even being in that home plus all Garbage pickup and vacuuming that was done, price is fair

  Very unprofessional. She promised a clean and organized home and did not deliver. I purchased this as a Christmas gift to my friend to have her home cleaned. Original quote was 175$. I told her I'm okay with her raising the price once she sees the home because I know it's hard work and hard to judge without seeing the home. After she was "done" she said I owed 250$. I paid her 275$ total with a tip/christmas gift to show my appreciation. When I saw the house I was floored. Stairs still caked in dog hair, toilets and showers still dirty, did not even attempt to dust the bedrooms. She threw all of the garbage bags into the garage and did not take them outside to the cans. There were security cameras inside the home which caught her sitting for a good 30 minutes that she claimed to have been working, fighting with her husband who accompanied her and also kissing her husband in the living room. It was very strange and she advertises a guaranteed satisfaction or she will come back to fix it and when I voiced my concerns, she blamed the homeowner for having a dirty home and then I was blocked from every platform I could contact her on. Worst experience with a business I have ever had.

  I appreciate your concern but the things you stated above is very wrong and lies and outrageous, I have before and after pics of the home. My son and husband both came to help clean we was there for almost 5 hours. I text you back explained everything to you. Plus called you and Told you everything I done even sent pics. You said everything looked excellent There was cat *** and p*** everywhere. We cleaned everything I couldnt get all The dog hair up, I used 2 different vacuums I offer no judgement nor would I ever judge anyone but this was suppose to be way more then 250 dollar job, out of kindness of my heart I still did the job because i could tell by the condition of the home they desperately needed help and for you to say these things is very upsetting and not true I wasnt arguing with anyone and we put garbage in garage cause that is where the other garbage was at. And yes I kissed my husband cause I appreciated the fact of him coming and helping it was suppose to be 2 hour job turned into almost 5 hours

  I also want to add I have text messages in my phone where we discussed your concerns and you said you knew the house was bad and I didnt have to come back fix everything because you knew we did a lot of work we picked up at least 10 bags of garbage not including all the clothes was laying around it took 2 hours just to clean the kitchen, please tell all the truth and if anyone would like to see the text and before and after pics I have them on my phone and I also have plenty of references of other jobs. Ive done where no one has complained. Cause I truly enjoy cleaning and helping others
