    I had a new unit installed by A/C Service Solutions in May of this year. Install went great, everything was fine... until it wasn't..... The reason I had my unit replaced is because it was original to the house in 1982 and I wanted something more energy efficient and cosmetically pleasing rather than the terrible dinosaur I had, but still in working condition. A few weeks after the install, we started having issue with the house maintaining temperature so I reached out for a warranty check up, it took 2 weeks for them to show up, said it was our homes fault and tried to upsell me on an attic insulation and fan. Did say that cooolant was low and topped it off. Then again in July, the same thing happened. Took almost 3 weeks for them to get to my house and had the same exact story. 3 WEEKS in July with no A/C.... They left, everything was fine again. So then this week we had the same thing happen agian, I reached out on Tuesday via text, and call with no response. called again Wednesday and Thursday to more of the same. Fianlly I had 2 other HVAC techs come out today to take a look and restore my A/C. It came down to the insulation of the lower coil just laying over the coil, causing it to freeze and no longer supply cold air. The temps in my home overt the week exceeded 80 degrees even when it was mid 70s's outside. I had insulated the attic and door, EVEN THOUGH MY ATTIC WAS COOLER THAN THE HOUSE. This Brad G****** is bad for business, and is a con for extending 3 year "no questions asked labor warranties" but wont even answer the phone for the call. I do recommend looking elsewhere for any type of A/C work.
