    Horrible. Let my dog loose then gave my dog back to me 20 min later soaking wet. Lady smelled horrible. The man with ber looked frightening with his pants hanging halfway down. DO NOT USE THIS TRASHY BUSINESS

    Would not recommend these groomers to anyone that is looking for professional services. The gentleman Dale that came to my home was not welcoming or friendly. He made absolutely no gesture to introduce himself to me or my dog. He came to the door with a chained collar of which my dog has never had a chained collar placed on him and then to have a stranger do this with no since of kindness or friendliness should have stood out to me but I proceeded on with the services. He grabbed up my boy and just placed him in the bath with again no care or consideration, just had not professional mannerism with the work that he was doing at all. After about 15 minutes, I decided to walk out just to make sure that my boy was okay since I know that he has high anxiety. I look in the truck and he is just standing on a table while the "groomer" is strolling thru his phone. After looking in the window for about 10 minutes, watching him do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! He then clips my dogs front nails only. My husband walks out and begins talking to me, making the fellow recognize that I was watching him, at which point he acted like he was finishing him up by running a de-shedder over him twice!! The service was beyond subpar. Not only did they not brush his teeth or clean his ears, which I brought to his attention, he said he didn't have a grinder to smooth out his nails after clipping them. The fact that I just paid $75.00 is unbelievable for the poor service that they provided. Keep in mind my boy is an English Bulldog so he didn't require any major attention so there was no reason to skimp on providing me all the services that I was told I would be paying for. Thank you Dale for NOTHING!
