    I was a first-time buyer here and was a bit reluctant as the parts I needed were expensive; I shouldn't have worried. They shipped fast, got the order right, and were excellent at customer service. I'll be a repeat customer now. A++ folks!

    I placed an order and within a few hours decided I would rather cancel the order and purchase a different item from their store. Their store policy states that cancellations are accepted as long as the order has not left their facility. ONE MINUTE after making my cancellation request I got a message that my item was shipping and was given a tracking #. Later that night I received another message saying that my order could not be cancelled because it had already left their facility and was in transit. At that time I tracked the package and it showed that it was STILL at the GunDock facility. More than 24 hours AFTER the LAST message that it was already in transit I tracked it again and it STILL shows that it hasn't left their facility. Therefore their "Cancellation Policy" is farce and they just pretend to have one to appear as a customer friendly establishment. Furthermore, I was willing to purchase another item of equal value from their store so that they wouldn't lose the "sale" EVEN though I could have gotten that item from a different vendor for substantially less.
