"Freedom plasma management is very rude and very unprofessional when I lived in Chicago I've been donating Plasma on and off for many many years never once had I had a problem with my protein Freedom plasma opened last year in Paducah I started going never once was I told that my protein was low on any of my donations at Freedom plasma then they told me my last donation my protein was low I had to go to see my doctor and get a paper fill up my doctor checked my protein and said my protein was good I went back to Freedom plasma they checked my protein again a few days later I went back for my test results and they told me they had to check my protein again because they lost the results a few days later I go back they tell me that they found the results from the 2nd check and it didn't pass but the third test that they said they did by mistake passed but they said they're deferring me where I couldn't donate anymore I tried talking with the managers they were very rude and didn't want to hear nothing I had to say they refuse to give me a corporate phone number or name now I have to drive 50 miles to Carbondale Illinois I've been donating there now for a few months never once was I turned away because of my protein I have to travel 50 miles there and 50 miles back home when Freedom plasma is only right down the street from my house I'm on disability I live month-to-month from a check the money from plasma helps me out a lot and because the management at Freedom plasma is all new was in training everyone there was in training because it was a brand new place very unprofessional when they first opened they were learning how to to put the needle in people's arms few weeks later their management they're too young and very rude and unprofessional"
