      The company started out good, until it came for my occupancy permit. The inspector came out and found 5 things wrong. I called them 2 times and, told them my heat was not right. The heat pump ran constantly, but my house was cold. This house is only 6 mos old. I paid for a new working unit. They came out and fixed the problem, but because my unit wasn't working properly my Electric bill is $661.00. I am still waiting for them to pay this bill, because I told them it wasn't working. The inspector also told them it was running, but not working. I have talked to Roger, Brian, Joyce, and I am getting the run around. I called last Thursday and was told that Brian, and the inspector would be out that day. As, of Monday February 19,2024 no show. I called the office again, and spoke with Joyce, and she said she would give Brian another message. All, I am asking for, it for them to get the inspector out, and pay my bill for the month it didn't work.
