    Paid 228.80 for a years trash pick up. Haven't picked up in 6 weeks. They won't respond to calls and messages. Trying to get reimbursed for remainder of years ballence they wont even talk to me.

    Paid for trash service a year in advance. Double charged the last 3 years and never received a reimbursement. Multiple issues with Frankfort and trash not being picked up. Company is hard to get ahold of, left messages via text fb messenger and voicemails. They only respond when the news runs a story about them and/or you post a negative review on Facebook.

    They aren’t even 1 star worthy!!!! Terrible company. They steal your money. They withdrawal money out of your account for no rhyme or reason then say they will pay it back and they don’t. Every year they have state permit issues and don’t run service for a few months. You’d think they would learn to get the permit thing right after the first time. Most generally people pay for a full year so we get shorted. If you cancel your service they won’t pick up their can and will still debit your account. They are the absolute most terrible small town business and should not be allowed to run.

    PAID $208.00 AND NEVER RECEIVED A CAN.....CALLED FOR REFUND AND GOT CHARGED $200.00 MORE....LEFT A MESSAGE AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK....WILL WAIT A LITTLE LONGER.....NOT MUCH THOUGH

    I signed up for service in December, told me the trash cans would be there within 2 weeks, then change their mind and said 3 weeks, after 4 weeks of no trash cans AND no service, I called and canceled service. I have been waiting for a refund ever since. They always say they will look into it and get back to me, and never do. Taking them to court for my refund.

    Paid for a year for trash pick up. Never received a can nor would they answer the phone number listed. Send them a message and they looked at it and never replied. I just want my money back so I can hire someone dependable.

    this company has not picked up my garbage yet this year. I have already paid this company in advance for the year. They are claiming they failed to file an important form for them to continue their business. Meanwhile, My garbage is piling up in my garage.

    They do not deserve even 1 star. You can not get ahold of them to resolve a problem. Took my money for a year worth of service, and have not even picked up trash 1 time, It is over 3 months now. Can't get ahold of them for a refund and the voicemail box is usually full, If not they will not return your call. Worst company I ever had to deal with. I do not recommend this company at all. ,
