Cancellation Policies and Fees:

Your spa treatments are reserved especially foryou. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's schedulingpolicies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 48 hours ofnotice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduledservice. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any priornotification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognizethe time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policyfor this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose yourbusiness, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduledan appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times I will befunctioning in an "on call" status and can have travelled to the spaspecifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensateour staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment with me, youare agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or giftcertificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/orgift certificate ready when booking.

Group Bookings:
For parties of three ormore, please contact Jenise Squires, CEO, for group booking policies andavailability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure yourappointment and arranged pricing. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spaparties. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees andavailable dates.

Cell Phones:
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones andpagers to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spavoice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need tomake a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests.Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.

Prices and Services:
Prices and services are subject to changewithout notice. I will do my best to keep our clients up to date on any changesthat may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and availableservices when booking your appointment.

Gift Card Policy:
Gift Certificates are available in any amountand may be purchased at the spa, by phone at 502.434.1301 or you may contact usbelow. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will mail your gift certificate toyou. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse anypayment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen.Gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned whenmaking your appointment.

Series of Treatments:
I am unable to process any returns or reimburseany payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased.  Iwill, however, exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value.

Gratuity:
Gratuity is not included in the price of serviceor spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at yourdiscretion.  You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out atthe front desk with cash, check or credit card.  Parties of 3 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Check in:
I ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes priorto your appointment time.  I will do our best to accommodate latearrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interruptthe scheduled reservation of other guest.  Full price of services willapply, so please plan accordingly.  Ofcourse, beyond the check in policies, I invite all our guest receiving servicesto make full use of our relaxing environment here at the Louisville WOW Spa. Come early, stay late, bring book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentarytea, water, soda in the welcoming room. Couples and spa parties are more thanwelcome to bring wine and I will provide the cups.

Personal Belongings:
Please leave all jewelry and valuable item athome.  Louisville WOW Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Spa Promotions:
Spa specials cannot be used in combination withany other offer, promotions or third-party gift cards.  

Return Policy:
It is my job to provide you with thehighest-quality of skin and body care products with your services.  Infact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every dayin your own home!  In the event youpurchase any of spa products for home use and find them to be defective, I willexchange any products within 3 days of purchase, provided a receipt ispresented.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returnedproducts.  Instead a spa credit will beprovided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spaservices available here at Louisville WOW Spa
