"After losing my job due to mental health concerns, (I took most of my clonipin prescription from LBH in an attempt to kill myself and confessed this while sitting in the TMS chair for my 36th treatment session at LBH) My daughter also lost her insurance and we are in the process of trying to prove a life change to insurance so my daughter can continue on her meds. I placed a call into LBH to get her Rx shifted over to CVS from Meijer pharmacy as the CVS cannot do it, being a controlled substance." ... Read full review
