For a few days, my bathroom tub faucet had been tough to turn, and then suddenly, it wouldn’t shut off at all. Cory from Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric came in and handled it like a pro. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got it fixed fast—no hassle, just solid, reliable work. What really stood out was his expertise in the area's hard water problems. He tested the water, confirmed it had very high grains per gallon, and provided great counseling on how to deal with it long-term. He even recommended getting a water softening system, which I’ll most certainly consider. If you need a plumber who knows his stuff and goes the extra mile, Cory at Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is the guy to call.Review fromMichelle F

This week Garrett J**** came to my & my parents home to perform the yearly AC TUNE UP on our HVAC UNITS. He was professional, informative & courteous. Having a yearly Maintenance Plan keeps my HVAC in top shape. Tom Drexler & Garrett J**** make the perfect team to get the job done with confidence. I called them because I needed a drain cleaned. They were very professional and arrived faster than I expected. When I looked them up on the Internet. It said they would clean a drain for $89. When I called them they told me it was $99 that was OK but when they come to run the Drain the supervisor said they would only run 75 feet And if that did not clear it, it would cost another $99 to run another 75 feet. They should've explained this upfront because when I called them I had already ran 100 foot snake in the drain and it did not clear. The young man went ahead and ran 105 feet and got the drain cleared anyway They should let you know this upfront and not after you have already entered into an agreement.Tom Drexler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric
