    Ron, does not even deserve 1 star.
    The man is rude & Delusional,
    He thinks he can null and void a signed contract at free will.
    Please reconsider when considering RL Plumbing.
    He creates so much drama.
    Not to mention he stole LG&E
    Property.

    Charged me more than what I was quoted to fix my hot water heater. Charged me $150 extra for time they spent on the phone trying to find a part according to them that didn’t exist, figure that out. Owner told me that just because they are not on my property they still charge for time spent looking for a part while off property. Guy was very argumentative and told me I wasn’t being realistic by saying I should not have to pay for their time on the phone.

    This was the absolute worst experience with a service provider ever. The owner is unprofessional and rude. It took 3 days to finally get hot water from a water heater they installed. I had to call an electrician to fix what they did wrong. When it was finally working I had to ask him about the permit and inspection-not included in the price he quoted. But he did charge my credit card for 220$ more than we agreed on-he claims this was his credit card fee. He refuses to apply for the permit now. This company should lose its license. Do yourself a favor and call ANYONE ELSE. Aaron, the actual person that does the work, was kind and professional. The owner Ronald Lachance is absolutely unprofessional and rude and should be shut down.
