    I have been very disappointed in CSL. I've been trying since late February 2022 to become a donor. I was screened and approved in February but because of a recent procedure had to wait 60 days. The screener registered me as a donor and gave me a card that I was to show when I returned in 60 days that would let whoever helped me at that time know I'd already been screened and approved. I've been back 3 times since the May 22, 2022 proposed return date. The first two times I went I was told by the staff that they were too busy and could I come back another day. Today the person in charge told me the card was useless and should never have been given to me. After berating me and making me feel like the situation was my fault she then said I could start over in the process. Her attitude was so rude and condesending I left. I won't be returning there and would discourage others from trying to sign up there as well.
