      Had some issues with a setup I purchased, back in November. Not only did Joanna, show top tier diligence as a customer support representative, but was able to work with me on, getting the setup sounding amazing, working with me on amps. I work in retail, parts and sales, people like her are hard to find these days. Her outstanding customer service should not go unnoticed by the owner. I’d give more stars if I could. I completed my stereo system by purchasing a pioneer receiver from you. You have earned a repeating customer, thank you.

      They had products specifically for my vehicle and was easy to thru them all. Any questions or issues during my install. Answered almost immediately and I made a couple of changes to an order with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Joanna helped with a change to my order, immediately. Great products at reasonable price. I've been a customer and will continue to do so, for over 7 years now.

      I messed up sonic fixed it. I placed an order last night by mistake while comparing products. I sent a message to try and cancel or correct. I woke up with an email asking for more information. Joanna corrected the problem and the correct order was placed and shipped before noon. Great customer service.

      Ordered aftermarket radio/head unit. Everything arrived quickly. There was an issue with the aftermarket harness being incompatible with my car's factory harness. I reached out to Sonic Electronix to find a solution and Joanna C. from their team helped me out. She secured the correct harness and it was shipped to me quickly at not additional cost. Joanna was very informative and updated me several times throughout the process of securing the correct harness. Excellent customer service. Excellent communication from Joanna. Shout out for fixing an error.

      Even tho they messed my order up, they were fast to correct it. Honey was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the return and refund process a breeze. She is an absolute Rockstar! Super fast shipping as well. Even tho it was the wrong subwoofers, I received them not even 22 hours later
