Been dealing them since 1997. The ladies on my case have never tried to help me. No script card. Have called the labor board and they do what I asked. I told them my Medicaid has paid for a lot of things they were supposed to pay and the last time I talked to one of them she said that just blows her mind and they still did nothing. I had 5 surgeries and they do not help me at all. Was talking to one person she was going to send me a card for and switched me to another person to take care of me. Surgery was Nov. 1st. And I called to ask for a prescription card and she said pay for it and send them a bill and they would reimburse me. I live by myself and o s. s.i and have to pay all my bills on$954. A month. They knew Medicaid was paying bills they were supposed to pay. If you can help I would be very grateful. I can’t hardly eat with what’s left.
