      Paid $850 for ductwork cleaning/cleaning solution/A-coil cleaning for a 1200 sf home w basement inherited from elderly family member. There was a foul smell that didn't go away despite spending that much, and i needed to know why and how to get rid of it. The customer service rep who took my call to ask them to come back a second time was very rude and started arguing with me about the price (she was wrong) and that they couldn't guarantee there would be a clean smell after they cleaned. I asked for a manager and she refused and told me I was yelling at her and refused to tell me her name and then hung up on me. I called back and got another person who also was not pleasant and said she would refer to a manager but one never called me back. She did schedule another cleaning but I have completely lost my confidence in their company, and will tell all the laboratories here who recommended them what kind of pitiful service I got. COIT always had a good name before in my book but unfortunately no more.
