    DO NOT RENT HERE! They want you raise rent and make you pay a high rent for apartments that are not updated. Their hot water NEVER works and it goes out every couple weeks and stays out for days at a time. Which is inconvenient for those who have children that have to take baths and can’t do so. The apartments have Mold growing by the windows and along the top of the walls due to poor dry wall. They charge for things that are never completed like pest control for an entire month and I’ve only got my apartment treated twice for the entire month. I believe this place is a scam and they should be fined for people having to go without water for days. Who knows what else is wrong with these apartments They probably aren’t updated to where people should really be living in them.
