      Ordered two books. Had my money refunded because they did not have the books. They should not list books that they do not have.

      Purchased a book I needed and it was refunded a day later with no explanation why. Book was then entirely delisted from the website. Wanted to close my account, learned that I cant. Going through HELP center they said its up to the powers to be that run the site if my account will be closed. It was denied for "accounting reasons"... Never have I ever herd of a website denying my account closure. Very strange, wont ever use this website again.

      Book came pretty quick, quite a few cosmetic problems with the book but other then that it’s perfect

      I emailed them 3 separate times trying to get help logging into my account and I got no response. I finally found a different phone number (listed here on the BBB website) and was able to talk to a customer service representative named Jasmine. Although she was in a different department, Jasmine waited on the phone with me and was able to speak with her supervisor to get the situation resolved. Before I spoke with Jasmine, I was going to leave a one-star review, but have now changed it to reflect Jasmine's kindness and professionalism.
