I contacted H2O Maestro to fix/replace a kitchen disposal. It was determined that it needed to be replaced which I agreed to. The quote for a new disposal was $600 and was to be a 1/2 HP model. The model that was being replaced was a 'high-end' disposal that had lasted for approximately 15 years of constant use. Since it takes about 1/2 hour to replace, I reasonably assumed that the replacement would be a $300-$350 (retail) model of the same quality as the one being replaced. The additional amount for labor, while high, was just part of getting this job completed. The replacement disposal had a retail price of $125+/- and was so cheap and lacking sound and vibration insulation that it was unusable. Was told by the company that I could have the better model for an additional $700. Obviously will not be using H2O Maestro again.

Big rip off rude employees Very friendly the first 2 years after that all been down hill. Been to my home 4 times is less than a month charging prices I can't afford when its something they should have checked with initial 6 month check up. Im on a fixed income I won the unit in their christmas giveaway and I sincerely appreciate it. But I have had nothing but trouble and expenses with this. In the last 30 days I have spent 700.00 in repairs I feel could have been avoided had they checked it with the initial check up. Ive had a uv light replaced twice which I paid 1000. To have it put on. Just replaced a compacitor 273.00 and now paid 404.00 to have the line unclogged. You call complain they have no sympathy. Do not suggest anyone doing business. Use a local mom and pop business way better service. They just want to keep my business wrong. I checked with another company daid to unclog that line would have cost me 60.00 thru them. Canceling my comfy membership waste of money. Do not reccomend.

Air scrubber was bought in 2019. The UV bulbs need to be replaced every 2 years as normal maintenance. Gift of Heat winner received free air handler and heat pump in 2018 from us. Recently unit froze up due to dirty filters and main return being covered by a suitcase. Notes on job that filters would be owner supplied and installed. Repairs were needed to resolve this maintenance issue.

They have a buddy program that we signed up with when they replaced the condensate pump that enrolls us with ******* plumbing with benefits with free inspections. We'll a few days after our father passes away we had a sink clog issue. Of course we called them and that was the beginning of a horrible and stressful situation. 1st guy hit our mailbox ran snake and said it's fixed or no charges. After he left we noticed the basement sink clog. 2nd plumber ran snake so hard it broke his equipment and unknown damaged the pipe I have pic. 3rd guy said they needed a tool and would be 1000 more minus 1st charge. Everyday I tried to contact Michelle management about the tool. ******** plumbing came out and without a fee went straight to the crawlspace and seen access panel. I told all plumbers about it it a easy access crawlspace. I called every day to see if she knew the situation and refund and 50 for mailbox. Then I get a email today not a call and replied with pics of new damages. My emails wouldn't go thru so I called and like them recorded our conversation. Alica would not give me her refunds manager email and said she would give hers? What is going on here we just lost an important man that would've fixed it by 1st going into the crawlspace and fix it there would been no week without use of any sinks and no need of damage of what we can only see from so much machinery and will be contacting the other company for future damages mostly positive caused by their actions I have screenshots and info and now know that this company was trying to take advantage of a widowed wife who is from Korea and has never had to deal with things because our intellectual father did it all. It sadly to say that they won't even call me back because we're supposed to receive free inspection of pipe which now is unknownly could be damaged or on verge of failure cause this house is old late to early 60s. If some can direct me to some help please do.

H2O replaced a shower faucet/handle on 1/10/2023 and they broke tile but said someone would come out and repair it and also cover the hole in the wall where they had to get access. I called and was told they did not do that kind of work. I told the person that I was told someone would come fix it. That person came Thursday and said he didn't think he could repair it and that the plumber should have installed faucet better. Sales rep came Friday and informed me for approximately $10,000 I could have new shower but they couldn't use what had already been installed. I told him that was to expensive and that I would wait for the person that told me he would repair it on Monday . I had to get someone else to repair my wall and install the new faucet properly and on 2/3/2023 I called H2O to voice my dissatisfaction and had to leave a message. A customer Relations Manager sent me a email informing the tile that was damaged was not properly installed and wanted to know if I would like to schedule work to have other items installed that I had gotten an estimate on. I will never hire H2O Maestro to do any more plumbing work and I will take my business elsewhere. This company is a minus 0 in my opinion.

Have been a customer for 25+years Until about 2 yrs ago we were very satisfied. But now we are very dissatisfied. Had a normal seasonal check and they said the main board had several burn spots and the furnace could fail any time. They quoted two units. We picked the 96% efficiency furnace and 3 tons of air conditioning and they worked with a company offering 0% financing for 18 no. Feeling we didn’t want to have our main unit to go out in the middle of winter we agreed to install a new unit. From the time of installation problems starting and led to multiple service calls. First, The furnace case came bent. The fins of the a-coil were bent. They said we needed a condenser valve. Next technician said it was hooked up wrong. They forgot to hook up the humidifier and removed the receptacle for it. This was replaced. When we had the Christmas cold spell we did not have heat on the main floor. Three times technicians came out and said it was fixed but the next day no heat. We have a zone system and the dampers would not open. Finally a technician said the main zone board was defective. He showed me where the main wire to the board was loose. How it got loose where we never touched the board I cannot say. He verbally quoted $528 to replace the board. When I asked for a written quote and a quote to remove the zone system he wrote $582 to replace the board and no quote to remove the zone system. At this point I am completely frustrated and am exploring other companies. I have lost complete faith in this company. We have been loyal customers, belonged to comfy club and always followed there recommendations. In my opinion this company has gone downhill and while I cannot prove this I suspect they scared us into buying a new system because we are old and security is important to us.

SCAM ALERT. A very nice tech came to check my HVAC system (a $90 charge). He told me I needed a new capacitor on my condenser unit and that the price was $360. I assumed they were a fair business and that was a fair price. Wow, was I wrong. It took him about 3 minutes to install it. Loosened a single screw and plugged the wires in. After he left, I googled the capacitor he installed and found the exact same unit online for EIGHT DOLLARS. I called them back immediately and asked them to come remove the part and refund my money. A smarmy man on the phone told me he couldn't do that because now the product was "used." Listen, I'm not against a company making money on their service and products. But a 4,500% markup? On a piece that takes three minutes to install? That is beyond outrageous. It is indefensible, and it is unethical. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
