I Do not like rhis $3.50 fee to make sure you get your order. Your business is shipping goods to your customer and make sure the product gets there. Not to add a junk fee to beef up the profits.

We are very sorry to hear you were not happy with the shipping insurance option. We offer the option of shipping insurance as it is provided by the shipping carriers. This is in place as most shipping carriers have a limit to what is covered in the event of a claim that a package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. The reason there is a fee for additional shipping insurance is that we have to pay the carriers to provide that extra level of insurance to provide the full replacement value in the event that there is an issue with the shipment while it is in transit. However, this is completely optional and is not required during the checkout process.
