    Very poor customer service with an antiquated online system and customer chat feature. Online order problems cannot be addressed by a live agent. Chat feature only works by category and does not allow you to type narrative for the source of the problem.
    They failed to add the unit B to the delivery address leading to my order being delivered to another address. I would not recommend ordering from this business whatsoever and I will not be using them again either. Customer service rating would be a 0!!

    We are always happy to assist customers with any issues. Our LiveChat feature does have live agents available from Monday - Friday from 9AM - 8 PM EST. However, the system does request information in advance regarding the situation through multiple choice options to try to assist with the problem. In this case, the customer did reach out to us via chat on Saturday, in which live agents are not available. The system is only setup to be able to accept the multiple choice prompts then once connected with an agent customers would be able to type in any responses or requests. During times that we are unavailable we can be reached via email by selecting the 'Email US' option on our website or in chat. Upon reviewing the order we do show that the order was not submitted with the Unit B in the address and the item was shipped to the address as it was received.
