    I placed my order on the 26th, the day after Christmas and picked it up from the FFL on the 28th. I'm always impressed with how efficient Bud's employees are especially with the added volume of orders and stress of the holliday season.

    "While I respect everyone’s reviews and have not had issues with my prior purchases from Buds, I purchased a P365 Macro that included a second magazine that was clearly used. It was wrapped in a small plastic bag and while I inspected the gun, I did not look at the magazine. The finish was worn off and there is a small amount of rust on both sides! I have given them several business days (not including the holidays) to respond and all I have gotten is is a generic email telling me that if I had any questions or concerns about my order to contact them. I have sent several emails asking them if they would like pictures and asked if they were going to make things right as they should with any customer. I have gotten NO response. Clearly this company has taken their customer service to a new low. BUYER BEWARE! "

    We are very sorry to hear the customer was unhappy with the item they ordered. We did receive an email regarding this issue, and we did reply to it on 12/21 to confirm if the firearm was transferred or if it was left at the FFL dealer, but we did not receive a response. It does appear that the email on this account, and so the email that our reply was sent to, is different from the email address provided on this review. We are happy to assist the customer with this if the firearm was left with the FFL. However, if the firearm was transferred then we would suggest reaching out to the manufacturer regarding this issue. We do not package the firearms, and we also do not open or inspect the firearms prior to shipment to ensure that all of our items are shipped exactly as we receive them from the manufacturer. This is why we ask customers to inspect the items thoroughly at the FFL and we can assist with a replacement or refund if the firearm is not transferred, but once it is transferred the any issues found would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
