    Was fine. One suggestion. After you confirm your address it is not clear you should go down to the bottom of the page to proceed by clicking on the red bar. I like how choosing the FFL to ship the firearm to is handled.

    Would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I went to make a large purchase of nearly $1000 a few days ago and when I attempt to confirm my order after entering my card details, the website threw an error. I then checked my bank account and the total purchase amount had been taken out. I check my Buds account and there is no record of my purchase and the items I was attempting to purchase were still in my cart. Why do you have my money and NO record of my purchase?!!! I’ve been attempting to find a way to contact someone directly, but I simply cannot without an order number(which I don’t have since the order didn’t go through but they still took my money). Give me my money back asap!!! I will NEVER shop with you all again!!!

    We are very sorry for any inconvenience. Upon reviewing the account we show that the error message was in regards to the payment being declined due to the billing address that was entered. If the billing address entered does not match the address on file for the payment method we are unable to receive the funds and the order cannot go through. However, many banks or card companies will see the attempted charge and that will show on the account as a pending charge. No funds are deducted, however, the bank may show a lower balance while the charge is pending. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund since we did not receive the funds, and the pending charge would fall off automatically. The time frame for this can vary from bank to bank but in most cases its it would fall off in about 2-5 business days.
