  Horrible place, bait and switched an order on me showed a picture of a glock 43x and they sent a standard 43. Then they want to charge me 10% to return the merchandise and send me what I wanted in the first place. Not worth the time or headache of dealing with. They have a lot to learn!

  We are sorry to hear that the customer was not happy with their order. This item was purchased through an auction listing that did correctly list and describe the item as a Glock 43 Subcompact. Unfortunately, in some cases, the photos we receive of items may completely represent all aspects of the actual item being described. In this case, this listing was for an item with a specific style of engraved grip which was shown in the photo. However, we do stress reviewing the title and description of our items because photos may be stock photos. We understand that the customer was not happy with the item they received but as it was listed correctly in the title and description we would incur a cost to bring the item back, restock it, and relist it through the third-party auction site that it was purchased from. For those reasons, the 10% restocking fee would have applied to the return, as long as the item had not been transferred from the FFL dealer.

  I purchased ammo from Buds and only received four out of the fifteen boxes that was suppose to be in shipment. I contacted customer service and my claim was denied. The packing list said there was fifteen boxes in the package and there was only four. I could only email back in forth. I could not get it through there heads that the package the ammo was shipped in would not even hold fifteen boxes. I have yet to talk to a human. So much for there insurance. Steven E

  We have reviewed this order and it does appear there was some confusion. This order was placed on 12/10 and part of the order was delivered on 12/14 and 12/16. We were contacted on 12/19 advising us that the two packages they received at that time were correct, but that they were missing two other items. Those two items were coming in a separate shipment which was delivered later in the day on 12/19. After that was resolved we did not hear back until 1/4 when the customer chatted with one of our representatives and stated that the quantity was incorrect on one of the two original items which was specifically stated to be correct in their original email correspondence. With the time frame that had passed and the original contact advising us that that shipment was indeed correct the claim was unable to be approved.
