  Bought a S&W pistol. 2 days later,, the price dropped 10%! I contacted buds,and a very nice lady, reminded me about the Norton protection plan. 48 hours later, I received a email from them, the check is in the mail. This was all done on my android phone, because I'm not a computer person. Thanks to the young lady at buss!

  i ordered sig nickel plated ammo and was sent brass instead, what a rip off. this is very dishonest, i have been a customer for quite awhile, their standards are dropping like a rock, will be taking my business else where. customer service is non existent, do not use this site.

The photo of the item does show the item with silver casings, however, this is a stock photo that we were provided and is the same stock photo used by other retailers and the manufacturer themselves.   Ordered on 5/02. Received confirmation immediately. On 5/03 Received confirmation item moved to shipping. Went silent after that. Reached out to customer service on 5/10 to see if there was an issue. They responded basically telling me to be patient and by their shipping policy they are "committed" to shipping the item by 5/11 which would be 7 business days. Contacted CS again on 5/12 at the end of day to see what they were going to do about this "commitment" they broke and when my item is going to ship. It is now 5/15 and i have not gotten a response.

  We apologize for any inconvenience. This order was not delayed, however, there was a technical issue that did cause the tracking to not populate on the order so the customer was not notified when the item shipped out. This order was shipped out on 5/4 and delivered to the FFL dealer on 5/8. We have notified the customer of this and we apologize again for the inconvenience.
