    Great selection. More than fair pricing. Easy FFL selection and check out. Only wish they would adjust their payment system to accept debt cards. It would make things a lot faster in lieu of having to wait the 5 days for checks or ACH payments to clear.

    I have ordered ammo 223 Remington and 9mm(500rds a piece), from Buds Gun Shop. Upon UPS delivery(Saturday, June 3rd evening , I opened the box, and only had 400rds of 223R and 300rds of 9mm. Called customer service but office was already closed. On Monday morning I finally got in touch with a representative and explained that my order is not complete and there was incorrect number of ammunition packed. And replied I received, that there is nothing they can nor will do, because I threw away the shipping box, Buds Gun Shop cannot do anything nor attempt to correct my order. Money down the drain…

    We are very sorry to hear there was an issue with the customer's order. However, in this case, the shipping insurance for the order was not purchased. We did still offer to assist the customer with the claim process, however, as the customer stated that the box appeared to be retaped and damaged we advised that we needed photos of the box in order to submit the claim with UPS. Unfortunately, without those photos, or the ability for UPS to inspect the packaging, we are unable to submit a claim with UPS for the damaged or lost items.

    Thank you for your reply. It’s strange that there is numerous comments here on BBB site with the same claim/problem. Almost starting to believe that you are doing it on purpose for people that didn’t pay for your insurance. I mean, when a customer makes a purchase online, retailer obliged to fulfill customer’s order to a 100% accuracy but in Buds Gun Shop sale strategy, customer have to pay ”insurance” fee just so their order arrives complete and accurate.

    Worst service ive had ,used to be a team buds member. Takes the money out of your account quickly. "Ach" their accounting service ,couldnt get slower.

    We do provide several payment options when completing an order. One such option that does receive our cash discount price is the electronic check option. This payment process does allow the order to begin processing as soon as the payment is submitted so that it can still be fully processed and shipped within our standard order time frame, which is 3-7 business days. However, as we do advertise, this payment process does take 5 business days to fully clear, so orders paid via ACH should be shipped within 5-7 business days of the order being paid in full. It is normal to see the funds drafted from the account within 24-48 hours. However, the process for the funds to be cleared does take the full 5 business days and it is not until the 5th business day that our company actually receives the funds. Until we have received the funds it is possible for the transaction to fail or be rejected. As stated before though since we do start processing the order when the payment is submitted, not once it clears, this does not actually delay any orders and we will always ensure we ship our orders out as quickly as possible.
