Buds Gun Shop, they don't back what they sell, they turn you to the manufacturer of the firearm, also they sell you used firearms for the price of a new firearm, they don't care what the FFL dealer do with your firearm; such as taking it to a firing range, don't do business with them, not a good company to do business with.

We are very sorry to hear that the customer was unhappy with their firearm. All of our firearms that are listed as new are factory new and are shipped out to our customers in the condition we receive them in. It is normal for a factory new firearm to show signs of use as they are normally test fired by the manufacturer and they are not cleaned prior to being shipped out or stored. However, it is possible for something to have been damaged in shipping or have a defect that was not noticed prior to shipping which is why we always advise customers to inspect the firearm thoroughly prior to taking the transfer of the firearm. We are happy to provide a return or refund for an item as long as the item has not been transferred. In the event that the firearm has been transferred, we can only suggest reaching out to the manufacturer through their warranty if there are any issues with the firearm as it would be considered used even if it had not been fired. We also do care very much about how a firearm is treated after it is received by the FFL. We take such claims seriously and would investigate them to ensure that our firearms and customers are treated as they should be. In this case, we received photos of the firearm which did not show anything out of the ordinary for a factory new firearm.Review fromNelson R
