    Recently bought two handguns from Bud's and the salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Yesterday went to the range for the first time, and was treated with impatience and rudeness from the older of the two employees, even after I explained that I was new to their process. Apparently you need to register on a laptop before accessing the range. He seemed to think that I was should have known already and was wasting his time. I became very uncomfortable and told the other employee that I was too uncomfortable to go on the range and that I was leaving. He said OK and made no attempt to ask about the issue and resolve it. I will never go back. Giving two stars only because my original experience in buying the handguns was positive.
