My first online gun buying experience and I'll never do it again. I ordered a gun to be delivered to my local store and the incorrect gun (without a safety when i ordered a safety) was delivered. Secondly, poor customer service as they would repeatedly stop responding to me, or take a week to respond. Then I had to pay shipping (both ways) myself for the incorrect gun!! So I'm out $85 and no gun to show for it.

We apologize for the inconvenience. When all of our orders ship out we send out an email asking all of our customers to thoroughly inspect all items at the FFL dealer before taking possession of the firearms, and if anything is missing, wrong, or damaged to not accept the firearm and leave it with the FFL. If the firearm had not been transferred we would have been able to bring the firearm back without any additional costs for a full refund. Normally, we would not be able to process any return once a firearm has been transferred as it would be considered a used firearm at that point. However, we did make an exception since this firearm was incorrect and did process a return, but since it was transferred we did process the return shipping fee only. We do not charge shipping for our firearms going to the FFL dealer so there was only one shipping charge of $25 that was taken from the refund, the remaining amount that was paid was issued back to the card used for the purchase. Any other fees would have been fees paid to the FFL which we are unable to refund as we do not receive those payments.Review fromJames S
