purchased a rifle from Budsgun. Buyer beware they use stock images of products and not correct images at that. The rifle i purchased showed a scope and i looking up the manufacturer website it does offer this model with scope. However, Buds used that image to sell another model without scope. There is a stock image of this product as well. But, Buds decided to use the wrong image to sell the product and add print at the bottom of description that says it is drilled and tapped. Very shady business practice and when i asked to cancel my order they wanted a 10 percent restocking fee. You cannot get a person to talk to through customer service. You can only chat. Customer support is very, very poor.

We are sorry for any misunderstanding. All of our products do state that the photos are stock photos provided by the manufacturer and may not necessarily represent the actual item being purchased and to verify with the title and description of the item listed. This item was listed correctly as it did not list that it came with a scope and as noted above that it was drilled and tapped for a scope mounts to be added. We were contacted after this order was fully processed, shipped, and delivered to the FFL to cancel the order. At that time we had invested time and money into processing and shipping out the item and would also incur costs for bringing the item back which is why the return fees would apply. We will always bring an item back without fees if the item was incorrect but in this case it was listed correctly but the stock photo we were provided showed the item with a scope attached. Again we apologize for any confusion.
