I would give em zero stars but they stole over 700 dollars from me saying my card information was incorrect but proceeded to take everything from me what a disgraceful act of this company……

We are very sorry to hear the customer was unhappy with our ordering process. After reviewing the account we do show that there were 4 declined transactions due to the billing address being provided during checkout not matching the billing address on the card. When this happens the payment is declined and we do not receive any funds. However, most banks will still show the attempted transaction as pending which would appear on the statement until it falls off automatically. The time frame for that can vary from one bank/card company to another. Unfortunately, in the event of a failed payment like this we are unable to issue any refund due to us not receiving any funds.Review fromJames B
