I ordered a gun from Buds per their website to be shipped on 3 to 7 days. I got an email a few days later apologizing that it might be closer to 7 days. A couple of days after that I called and was told that special order items can take up to 14 additional days but they wouldn’t even commit to when it would e shipped. Never was I told that it was a special order item so I canceled the item. They charged me 10% to cancel it. I would NEVER do business with this company. They are dishonest and have the worst customer service. BEWARE!!!!

We are very sorry to hear the customer was not happy with the order process. We are upfront with the information for items that are special order items. These items will have a special icon on the title, as well as a notice on the product listing that states: "***This is a special order item which may cause a slight increase from our standard processing and shipping times.". There is also a notice of an item being a special order item during the checkout process. We will of course process all of our orders out as quickly as possible, but for special order items there is a chance they could take longer than our standard 3-7 business day processing time frame to ship. This time frame could be up to an additional 7 business days, for a total of 14 business days, but in many cases it does not take that full time. As noted we are not able to provide estimations of a specific shipping date, as we can only give the window for shipping times. In the case of this order we were contacted on the 3rd business day of processing stating that it was taking too long to process. Since this was within our standard processing time frame the standard cancellation fee would apply.Review fromJames Y
