    We just experienced a classic bait and switch maneuver from zerorez as our estimated cost was raised almost 27% from the original number because the technician stated a service we requested and communicated with a representative was not included. A subsequent communication from the same representative stated the service (fiber protectant) was included in the package we ordered and that he/she was going to "reach out" to the manager. We are looking for a different carpet cleaner now and have no desire to have zerorez on our property.

    I had to call them to come back out to redo carpets. They sat outside my house on my ring camera talking trash about me for asking them to come back out & because I left a review. Over the phone they agreed to redo the cleaning. Once arrived they said they wouldn’t redo more then one room. They called me sketchy for having them come back out. They quoted me 400.00 over the phone but turned into over 600.00 when they arrived. They do not guarantee their work. Their equipment is not capable of cleaning the carpet close to walls or baseboards.
