    They were contracted by my home warranty company (***), I wish I would have read the reviews before they came out. The technician that came out was super nice and diagnosed the problem and said it was a matter of ordering the part and they would be back out to install. Well that was 01/09/2025 and its now 01/31/2025 and still no part. The customer service is a joke. The order date and arrival date are just random dates that are thrown about. Every time I call to speak to the office manager, Lisa, she tells me a different story. I have learned that most of their woor is contracted out thru warranty companies. If they send them, request someone else.

    Do not do business with this company. They came out here to check our unit (which worked, the homeowner wanted to make sure it was ok after a power outage) and by the time they left, the motherboard was fried. I went in the attic after they left to find THEY CONNECTED THE POSITIVE WIRE TO THE GROUND PORT OF THE MOTHERBOARD. And now the unit is not working. Fast forward 2 weeks, they come back out to reinstall the new motherboard and it is the wrong one. Now, 3 weeks after the wrong one was realized, I had to call and tell them they FAILED to finish the job. And now of course we have to wait for insurance to pay more for the cost difference of the motherboard, and wait some more for the manufacturer to send the part out to them. Please, please, please do NOT do business with this company.

    The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! I too would give a negative star rating if possible. They installed TWO new units in my home, then refused to service the units they installed either under my home warranty OR manufacturer's warranty. They woman who answers the phones lies and is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. They are notorious (read other reviews) for making promises, then either not showing up, or showing up and never coming back to complete the job. They drag it out for weeks, then never fix it. In one of my cases, my unit was leaking water all over my new floors for WEEKS and they did not care at all. I've been without air longer than I have had it this summer all due to their incompetence. They have no business being in business!
