      Went in to pay my bill yesterday they have reloaded my cans. The hateful lady in the office told me they weren’t signing people up right now and since I had been dropped so many times they couldn’t take my money and I would have to call someone else didn’t know they could do that Last time they had took my cans. They charged me so much to get it back and the other hateful lady in the office told me I should only have a bag a day that they had not picked up my garbage. I have four kids, and I have way more garbage than one bag a day. They don’t want my money that’s fine. I will go somewhere else. Thank you. I’ll give them zero stars.

      They're awful. Sure weather has been bad but a lot of the roads are clear, they say "Trucks can't get out" and the two month billing is awful. Easy to forget. I would not recommend if you can. Sadly no choice here.

      Apple Valley Sanitation is the most horrible company I have ever had to deal with. I paid them $49.84 in August for my garbage bill that paid it up current cause they had not picked my garbage up all month and all I owed them was 1 bill. I pay them on Aug 18th and they picked my garbage up that same day and then quit picking up my garbage again the very next week cause my new bill came out and had not been paid within same week and when I call and try to explain to them that my garbage got picked up 1 time I get called names and told that certain people are cut off if they don’t pay immediately just depends on who you are and when you pay. Mind you I have been with this sorry company for years and have always paid my bill. I wish we had other options to choose from cause they wouldn’t get another dime from me. If anyone has a choice other than Apple Valley, you better run as far away as you can from Apple Valley cause they are the hardest company to deal with. Your electric and water isn’t that strict, atleast they give you a chance to pay. Not Apple valley and not to mention their customer service is pathetic and very rude.
