    Made a appointment with Mark ****** on the Monday 24th for Wednesday 26th thought it was a little odd that you could get an appointment in 2 days guess it is probably like a restaurant if no one else is there you probably want to go somewhere else but he was listed on ******** site but I still specifically ask if they took ******** insurance and was assured that they did and I had two people sitting there and heard me ask WELL when I arrived there today for my appointment the girl at the desk told me that they no longer accepted W**************** didn’t see the dentist of course but either the staff isn’t very knowledgeable or they don’t care either way I made a trip for nothing so you better drill them when you want an appointment to make sure they will see you and maybe you won’t waste your time like I did and I am now gonna notify the BBB

    Unfortunately, this is a simple case of misunderstanding. This office does accept WellCare MediCAID, but not WellCare MediCARE, and hasn't taken new patients for well over a year with MediCARE. This is explained to everyone that calls so she was informed of this and made an appointment anyway. When we informed her AGAIN that her "insurance" was not accepted here she proceeded to make quite a seen in our reception area, and said she was going to call the BBB and tell them. Obviously, she did that. This is our response.
