"UNREGRETTED ATTRITIONOur bathroom looks great from the remodel but at a cost:There were times we had to call him to see if/when and what time he was showing up to work on the projectWe have standing water in our shower floor that is suppose to be sloped to a drainThe work was completed in December and the grout is in need of repair in JanuaryThey broke our tub and had to go to Home Depot to replace it after initially stating he didn't know what happened to itThere was an area that was suppose to be sanded smooth that is very noticeable that he says he forgot to sandMy hot and cold water valves are reversed on the tubWho would caulk the exterior door trim of a closet door un, Ricky AshcraftWho would spill coffee on a carpet floor and not clear it up immediately but let it wait weeks until it is set in the carpet to late to clean. The carpet has to be replaced because of that stain and some additional ones left in the remodel." ... Read full review
