"J&L Medical Services has consistently and frustratingly let me down as a customer. I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and have been using a CPAP machine for around 10 years; over that timeframe, J&L Medical Services has been nearly impossible to reach, as I end up on hold for hours, have the call dropped while one hold, and experience unacceptable wait times to receive my needed medical equipment." ...
