Nothing wrong with this location specifically, it's just one of the two I have been to this year alone, the second one being in Atlanta, GA. This company ***** ***, and they don't take anything, unless it's basically brand new, Today, I took in 3 monitors, one of which was an apple monitor, and a box full of some other electronics. They claimed that they could not buy them off of me because it would put them in the red, even after asking for just $5.00 for it all. two items were brand new still and in the packaging as well. There was another item that I just asked about to see how much they would give me for, an Item that I know sells used for almost $500...They said they could maybe, maybe give me $50 to $60 dollars for it. It's total ********, they said they go off of a few sites and one of their big ones was ****...Which again is very stupid to go based off of because so many people sell so many things for way less than what they are worth because they either A. do not know what they have, B. don't care, or C. just sell to get rid of it, the ones who do sell around or close to the actual price it is valued at is very rare. Their business model is terrible. When I went in the in Atlanta, I went in with almost 60 ***** instruments graphing calculators with carrying cases and everything included and they offered me $100...well the next day I got an offer for them for almost $500. I took that of course. They also said that they ship it out, well where do they ship it to? why not just keep it in store and sell it like the rest of the things they had displayed in the store, they didn't have any ***** monitors there at all, it would have sold for sure in store. This company is a rip off and a scam unless you have brand new or less than a year old thing(s) to sell to them for cash, which is still a terrible deal unless you need it up front and right away. Each visit has been a waste of time for me personally, and I will never shop/come here again. I protest them!!!!!!!!
